What it's like to work at Vida Health?
"Remote Work, Continuing Education Benefit"
"Through 2022 Vida was amazing. They really proritized their providers and the members (users). But in 2023 they chose to restructure the company not because they were losing money, but because they wanted more money for their investors. The CEO said to the company that they are investing heavily in sales while simultaneously stripping hours from the entire provider force, even laying several off. A company that had almost zero turnover for my 2.5 years there is now seeing a mass exodus of providers because they stopped appreciating us."
"Remember your vision for this company when you began. You talk about how you want to fix the broken healthcare system, but now you're becoming like everyone else, prioritizing your margins over your people"
