Pros

• The pay is okay weekly is a plus I love my hours 10hr shift 4 days a week. It’s completely remote and they provide equipment except 2nd monitor

Cons

• The supervisor switch the workload is heavy with the same pay. No pay for being out with Covid.

Advice to Management

Pay better people work harder when the money fits the job after six months i was supposed to be eligible for promotion have not seen that yet
