What it's like to work at 10up?
"As someone else pointed out, it's a good resume builder. The people are amazing! Really smart, funny, engaging humans to work with. It's the type of place you're likely to make longterm friends."
"Horrible pay and benefits. Tough to be seen if you're not a white male. Look up the org page on their site. It tells the story."
Advice to Management
"Stop saying you're going to do better in every quarterly and just do it. You have an org full of talented, beautiful people who adore you. Stop working them so hard (you do) and pay them what they're worth."

What it's like to work at 10up?
"IHealth insurance was really good and the actual people doing the work were great."
"Most teams were overworked and underpaid with little room for advancement. Growth seems to run the show taking on project after project with unreasonable timelines just to "get a foot in the door" with a new client, but it seemed to rarely work out. Leadership can often act childish when challenged (they make you sign someone upon leaving that says you won't write poor review on Glassdoor). There's also an expectation that you'll work longer hours when there's more work and less when there's less work, but the reality is that there isn't a lull in work so management just expects more work with short deadlines."
