Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$242,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Responsibilities


  • Build a strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Web UI team.
  • Inspire a team of product managers and influence teams and Go-To-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Partner with our go-to-market organizations to build broad awareness and ensure successful adoption of our metrics and standards.
  • Partner with key external stakeholders and researchers to identify and solve top developer and user challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, as a co-founder or a related technical role.
  •  5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
  • 2 years of experience in people leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with large developer ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated track record for product delivery and ability to break down an ambiguous problem space into tangible short-term steps.
  • Knowledge across many functional areas incl. engineering, user experience and user research.
  • Ability to articulate product vision in your area, documenting both short-term plans and long-term strategy.
  • Ability to work on projects spanning multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
