In this role, you'll manage contract manufacturer operations supporting multiple cloud Products, analyze top issues facing our contract manufacturers, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and help manage support operations. Whether directly engaging with our stakeholders, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendor partners to provide stellar support, you'll drive reach, satisfaction, and resolution making Cloud an exceptional user experience for everyone.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with supply chain management including inventory management.
- Experience with program management in engineering productivity.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in operations regards to general assembly and automation technologies.
- Experience in Operations, Strategy and Planning and excellent program management skills.
- Experience to deliver results through cross functional interaction with internal and external teams.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong aptitude and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
