Remote Job Description
The RL Trust Security organization enables world-class security for Reality Labs products. We strive to make security simple and friction less for our Product teams to implement and manage across Reality Labs.
This team of mission-minded individuals are experts in the landscape of device and systems security and are passionate about building capabilities and solutions to implement the correct safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ security is honored across the Meta family of products. We work with RL product and Meta central security teams to define, design, implement and manage these solutions at 1) Device HW, 2) OS, and 3) 1P/3P App layers.
This role will lead several initiatives on security enabling technologies for Meta products. These include building: 1) Security bring up for Devices, 2) Standardization of security features across devices, 3) processes and tools for Vulnerability and threat management. Key challenge is to ensure these systems and processes are adopted with zero friction by product teams, and that devices are shipped in time with the right security features for our customers.
The ideal candidate will share our passion and deep understanding of engineering solutions that enable world-class security for RL while improving user trust on our products. The candidate will work closely with our engineering and product management partners to develop and follow through on multi-year Security roadmaps and help define what comes next.
