Remote Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth of the Data and investigative portfolio. This includes working closely with GTM and Business teams to drive an annual plan for data, including the growth goals for the year, defining the business motions and plays for field teams and diagnosing how to streamline process agreement execution.
In addition, this team supports external messaging for our Data products, related solutions and competitive differences. We partner closely with product management, product marketing and GTM teams to develop and execute all go-to-market activities that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. In addition to scaling products from the ground-up, organize product launches and create repeatable go-to-market processes.

Salary Range Info:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000-$299,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define strategies for GTM and business execution, including pipeline and business development, organizational design, partner business motions and field/partner enablement.
- Design global programs that engage go-to-market field teams to execute on priority initiatives and drive towards primary business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Central Business Operations, Solutions, Field, Partner and Product teams to align plans, oversee execution and drive results.
- Lead execution of MBR/QBR, including collection and analysis of data across teams.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and execution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in driving business performance through programs that address GTM execution
- Demonstrated successful planning and executing strategic and operational deliverables
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and negotiating versatile offs with groups including Business, Solutions, Enablement, Partnerships and Product Management
- Ability to narrate and storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
