The Community You Will Join:
- We are expanding the team at our Gurgaon/Bangalore office at Airbnb Capability Center. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and interface with stakeholders for roles across multiple domains like Finance, Employee Experience, IT, Community Support, etc.
The Difference You Will Make:
- You will act as a point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as Documentation. Representing Airbnb: You will often be the first person a candidate meets when they come to our office.Using our applicant tracking system and relevant recruiting processes to keep organised and help keep our busy team on track. We need someone who is organised, creative and perseverance to help us build and implement it.
A Typical Day:
- You would be scheduling interviews, generating offers and helping in clearing document requirements
- Your role in onboarding and providing best candidate experience matters
- Liaison between different teams typically with Operations, Workflow, IT etc.
Your Expertise:
- Obsessed with candidate experience: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts.
Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multitask - We move fast here and we are constantly changing directions, but we keep it all together and we think that is fun. You should too
- You should be a team player, excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time, persuade people to get their feedback in in a timely manner, and nudge the recruiters to get back to their candidates when necessary. It is the Coordinator's job to ensure a smooth experience at HQ
- 4-5 years recruitment experience in a high volume environment
- Passionate about the work we do, concept, history and culture of Airbnb
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Data analytics skills
- You must be able to represent our friendly, genuine and passionate Airbnb culture
