Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products
- 2 years of experience in Accessibility Product Management
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers, refreshable braille displays, magnifiers, switch access, head tracking, and/or voice control
- Experience working in industry standards groups such as W3C, ETSI, IEEE
- Experience with UI Design principles or User Research
- Experience driving features in browsers, web platform, operating systems, or assistive technology

For United States applicants: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive Accessibility features from idea through launch and beyond, working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, User Research, and Accessibility Analysts.
- Work on Chrome's UI to improve the experience for users with disabilities, including those who rely on third-party assistive technology.
- Improve the web platform with tools and APIs to help developers make their web apps accessible to everyone.
- Build and improve Chrome OS platform features for users with disabilities, including screen reading, braille support, magnification, color enhancement, and more.
- Find new ways for cutting-edge technology to improve people’s lives. Approach hard technical problems and coordinate with many teams at Google to find solutions that make Chrome and Chrome OS an amazing platform for everyone.
