Our Talent Management team at Netflix plays a key role in helping our colleagues do the best work of their lives at Netflix, by helping them grow and develop to meet the future needs of our organization. The Netflix Talent Management owns global onboarding for all new Netflix employees in partnership with Shared Services teams. We are looking for an innovative, experienced program manager to build new and enhance existing program elements to deliver an organization-wide, scalable onboarding experience for our new employees. 

This role is a full-time position within the Employee Capability team and will be part of the team that drives some of the most valued and visible programs in the organization. The role requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including Shared Services Teams, Regional Talent Management Partners, and other Talent Management teams across multiple business lines/functions. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.  The role will report directly to the Director, Employee Capability.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Build relationships and partner with key stakeholders within Shared Services, Talent Management, and Functional teams to shape the current and future new employee onboarding strategy
  • Enhance existing onboarding program elements or set vision, build and deliver new program elements by incorporating the region/country-specific onboarding requirements to meet the relevant needs of the new employees
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to align strategy, review progress, and provide oversight across critical milestones to ensure product build and rollout readiness
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics to measure the impact of the Onboarding Program
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and pivot program design and delivery as needed
  • Own the program updates and reporting on health of the program to the broader Talent Management team and Shared Services Partners

  • Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and  difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines
  • Is able to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities


  • 7+ years of experience in building and delivering onboarding experience in mid to large-scale global organization
  • Successful history of customer first, result-orientation and ownership
  • Experienced working within an agile and design thinking model
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments
  • Excellent influence, presentation, project leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to design innovative solutions
