As a Data Analytics Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our Data Analytics business by building and expanding relationships with existing Data Analytics customers. You will build relationships with Cloud Field Sales, Customer Engineers, and other executive Google Data Analytics stakeholders. You will develop relationships with external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole. You will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform (GCP) sales teams to grow their data businesses and drive the overall value for GCP.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and influence long-term strategic direction for our existing Data Analytics customers in partnership with Google Cloud Field Sales, Customer Engineers, and other executive Google Data Analytics stakeholders.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud Data and Analytics solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts.
- Work with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise.
- Execute Go-To-Market business plays and related efforts with Cloud Teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience promoting analytics, data warehousing, or data management software
- Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory business strategy
- Experience working with sales engineers and customers' technical leads to build business cases for transformation and the accompanying plan for implementation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
- Experience executing large, complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement, legal, and business teams
- Experience and understanding of technology stack (e.g. Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data governance)
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, DataProc, PubSub, etc.)
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in Data and Analytics
