The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities


  • Work with Google's CCAI customers to understand the data that is used to drive their conversational agents, design and document solutions for data interactions using APIs.

  • Share your knowledge about customers' needs with internal stakeholders to support product enhancement.

  • Develop and distribute knowledge of successful implementation practices to our various delivery teams and partners.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time. 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management and delivering technical solutions.
  • Experience in chat/voice bot development, machine learning, API Design, Protocol Buffers, Application Design, gRPC, JavaScript Object Notation, and Consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in reading and understanding programming languages to review algorithms and evaluate their suitability as well as write occasional tools to demonstrate how to perform tasks related to your work.
  • 5 years of experience in managing the design and production implementation of chat and voice bots in an enterprise environment along with understanding of APIs and microservices.
  • 5 years of experience with leadership and influencing skills in the application of AI or Machine Learning.
  • Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem solving skills.
