Business Intelligence Manager

In this role, you will utilize leadership expertise, business acumen, investigative insights, and creativity to support multi-level and regional Cloud BI organizations and their respective teams. You'll be a trusted advisor to the regions, consistently and globally reporting on data to enable accurate assessments of business performance. You will design and own a high-quality, integrated reporting platform, and through project management and oversight, ensure that an ongoing, comprehensive strategy is developed to develop, migrate and merge existing reporting into a framework. You'll work with business and technical stakeholders to innovate and iterate on this platform, while navigating complex and changing circumstances. You will build data exploration tools that drive business decisions for Cloud BI sales teams.

You will work with stakeholders to identify their needs, build data models and key reports in Looker, and empower stakeholders to get the data they need in a consistent manner. You’ll utilize clear written communication, including technical documentation, and engaging verbal communication to train and enable others. You will also bring a detail-oriented approach to spot possible data discrepancies and troubleshoot user errors.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
