We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Yelp connects people with great local businesses. This successful candidate for this role will partner with the product team who develop our growing portfolio of products that help those businesses get established and grow.
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
Where You Come In
You’ll partner with the product team to develop and launch new features and explore new opportunities to bundle, price and merchandise our solutions for small businesses.
You will clearly define the target audiences and develop insights that help cross functional partners develop empathy for our customers.
You will develop the value proposition, product positioning and messaging for our services products and partner with channel marketing, growth marketing and brand to produce best-in-class communications that drive acquisition and retention.
You will partner closely with product management and sales enablement to arm our 3,000 strong sales team with information and marketing material to successfully drive greater penetration of our growing range of products.
You will monitor metrics, hold partner teams accountable for their piece of the puzzle and ensure that all pieces ladder up to the most effective path to LTV.
What It Takes To Succeed
You’ll be a strategic thinker who is comfortable executing against short term priorities while also driving towards long term product and marketing strategies.
A confident team player who earns the trust of our partners in product, channel marketing, sales and CS/CP.
A great verbal and written communicator.
5-7 years of work experience with at least 4 years experience in a B2B Product Marketing role.
Experience working on a home services brand is a bonus.
