You will also work closely with our attorneys to respond to internal and external audits and investigations. You will bring extraordinary attention to detail to all that you do for the team, from collecting data, to proofreading letters, to performing legal or regulatory research, to reviewing contracts. You will also have primary responsibility for document filing and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data collection and document review for litigation, investigations and audits, including organizing the data upload process and ensuring all data is uploaded on time
  • Audit current Legal and Risk team processes to ensure 100% compliance by the team, and proactively identify solutions for improving the processes and making them more efficient
  • Perform administrative tasks, including mailing correspondence in person via FedEx or UPS when necessary

You are reliably acting as the first point of contact for all internal team members, handling their inquiries and escalating to the Head of Legal and Risk as necessary. You have begun to analyze and communicate to the rest of the team trends in the types of requests and correspondence the team receives, and the frequency of these inquiries and are creating solutions to reduce the number of inquiries on repeat topics. You have identified inefficiencies in the Legal and Risk team's processes and have proposed one or more solutions. You have made meaningful progress updating our document management and organization system.
