The Supply Chain Sustainability (Net Zero) team is responsible for driving transformational change and leading Google towards meeting its Scope 3 commitments and Net Zero Greenhouse Gas emissions goals.

As Program Manager, Supply Chain Sustainability (Net Zero), you will draw upon your passion for sustainability and experience in Operations and Finance to enable Google and its supply chain to achieve its Net Zero goals with both innovation and pragmatism.

Responsibilities


  • Develop evaluation and selection criteria for sustainability initiatives that incorporates operational, financial and environmental considerations.
  • Partner with Suppliers, Supplier Engagement leaders and Finance to identify investment priorities that pragmatically advance supplier progress towards Net Zero
  • Conduct operational and financial analysis and due diligence for sustainability projects
  • Support the planning and budgeting processes for the Supply Chain Sustainability (Net Zero) program.

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, finance or related operational experience
  • Experience in supply chain sustainability

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or related field
  • Experience with emission reduction project-based carbon standards, technologies, and project development processes
  • Experience working with cross-functionally with procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Experience in economic, financial analysis, or modeling
