As a Product Portfolio Manager at IO Global, you will report to the Director of the Flow office. You will act as a servant leader responsible for managing all aspects of the Tribes delivery support requirements - from Reporting to Planning and escalations.
At IO Global, the Flow office is responsible for supporting the alignment of strategy with execution, facilitating data driven flow for priority management and resource balancing against demand. This is achieved by optimizing capacity & supporting improved delivery capability & collaboration while providing insight to C-Suite into probability of success.
Manage Synchronized Company wide Quarterly Planning Cadence and will be responsible for the facilitation of the Company wide ceremony, activities from arranging and preparing the speakers, to the tribe final presentation
Support tribe leadership with the ways of working within the new operating model
Work with tribe management to ensure clear articulation of blockers
Support Tribe and Squads performance and continuous improvement via frequent retrospective analysis and facilitating Value demonstration workshops
Establish, maintain & communicate the portfolio risk, dependencies and issue register
Develop material to focus on specific topics across delivery standards, processes and tools in order to provide hands-on guidance
Running dedicated coaching sessions to ensure the organization is appropriately equipped to adopt the new ways of working
Set up and track Tribe/Squad reporting of data metrics and key performance indicators, providing real-time access to data, consolidating for company wide reporting
Report on portfolio performance status in a timely and accurate manner to the flow office Director to support the quarterly leadership decision making sessions
Examine Status reports for operational risks and systemic issues and work with those key people to address the impact at portfolio level
Define minimum viable data standards and track data quality KPIs against them working with the tribe leadership to ensure consistency
For changes that impact the portfolio roadmap, ensure quality of information and control escalation PS&P.
Agile qualifications (e.g A-CSM, CSP)
Knowledgeable in various Scale frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, Lean, LeSS, SAFe, Spotify, etc.)
5+ years of experience in an Agile coaching/mentoring role
