We're looking for a strategic, partner- and customer-obsessed product marketing manager to join our rapidly growing PMM team. We’re in the midst of hyper-growth and already serving the automation needs of a global community of 6.5 million professionals, but we’ve only scratched the surface of our nascent product category.
As a Zapier PMM supporting Zapier Partners & Integration Platform, you’ll be an architect of growth helping the business build a path to fulfill our mission to make automation work for everyone. Product Marketing at Zapier means using research and analysis to define our market opportunity, then driving the go-to-market strategy for our products - the key vehicles of Zapier’s growth.
You will focus on strategic initiatives involving Zapier’s vast partner ecosystem, which includes ensuring Zapier is building and maintaining cutting-edge integrations with our 5,000+ platform partners, strategic alliances, developer programs, and channel partners. You will be an expert of our customers who rely on Zapier’s partner integrations to build mission-critical business processes and you will understand the partner persona and derive what success means to them. You will work deeply with our product and partnership teams that support our integration platform and partner tooling programs, partner marketing to drive adoption at scale, and oversee the cross-functional relationship between product and partner-facing teams.

You’re experienced. You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, most recently in SaaS with additional experience in partner-distributed products, partner ecosystems, or relevant strategic and analytical roles. You’ve had clear success developing and owning the go-to-market strategy to launch and scale products and features.
You thrive at working cross-functionally. You have a natural talent for capturing diverse stakeholder needs in order to craft a clear path to success. You actively communicate with collaborators, drive visibility among stakeholders, and coordinate end-to-end planning and execution among many disciplines.
You are customer and partner obsessed. You know your current and future customers and partners better than anyone. You are comfortable with handling and analyzing data on a day-to-day basis. You regularly conduct and consume research to understand how Zapier can better meet customer and partner needs, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for your stakeholders.
You’re a go-to-market pro. You craft value propositions and messaging that resonate with your target audience. You’re skilled at drafting product launch plans and working across multiple teams to bring products to market with measurable impact to customer awareness and adoption.
You’re an outstanding communicator. Your voice is clear and persuasive regardless of the audience, channel, or format. You’re equally comfortable drafting executive briefings, developing pitch decks, crafting external product messaging for our customers, and everything in between.
Things You’ll Do
Product opportunity assessments – size the market for new integrations, assess competing alternatives, and zero in on the sweet spot based on buyer needs.
Positioning and messaging – paint a clear and compelling picture of how Zapier’s core product, integrations, and developer platform will benefit customers and partners by defining positioning strategy, statements and messaging frameworks.
GTM readiness validation – ensure new features, products and integrations are ready for prime time by conducting betas and synthesizing customer and partner insights.
Leading product and integration launches – develop the GTM strategy and work cross-functionally to execute a plan that helps make our products famous across our core partner audiences and our shared customers.
