Blend’s marketing team relies on data insights to measure and improve performance. We’re looking for a highly talented Marketing Operations Reporting Specialist with experience connecting data from multiple platforms to deliver actionable reporting to campaign managers. The ideal candidate will use SQL and other data warehouse skills to create the spreadsheets and dashboards we need to feed our data-driven decision making process at Blend.

Our digital lending platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and other leading financial institutions to increase customer acquisition, improve productivity, and accelerate the delivery of any banking product across every channel. We process more than $3.5 billion in mortgages and consumer loans daily, helping millions of consumers get into homes and gain access to the capital they need to lead better lives.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Lead our efforts to create a source of truth for measuring marketing performance
  • Create views and reports on marketing activity using various BI tools to inform our marketing strategy 
  • Grow and maintain the library of marketing claims we rely on to quantify our value proposition in the market
  • Work closely with other operations teams at Blend to maintain and improve our data warehouse
  • Provide support validating assumptions, analyses, and marketing claims based on available data
  • Assist with ongoing database operations efforts, including documentation, segmentation, and list management
  • Collaborate on ideation, creation, and optimization of SFDC marketing reports and dashboards
  • Drive data hygiene improvements and best practices

Who you are:

  • Experience translating user requests into accurate data with useful visualizations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting
  • Good attention to detail and at least a glancing commitment to documentation
  • The ability to work independently and across multi-disciplined teams
  • A desire to work in a fast paced, regularly evolving startup environment 
  • Proven project management experience
  • BA or BS degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Operations
  • Experience developing sales or marketing reporting from the ground up
  • Knowledge of SQL, database management, spreadsheets
  • Experience scripting data workflows

Preferred Familiarity With:

  • Redshift, Snowflake, Mode
  • Salesforce reporting and data structure
  • Multi-touch attribution models
  • Python (Jupyter notebook/Pandas) or additional programming language
