We're looking for an outstanding individual with wicked research and analyst skills to gather valuable data to join our remote team.

The major role you'll be playing is gathering company data from various data websites, transforming the data, and gaining actionable insights.

  • You are a skilled written communicator. JOBHIRED is a 100% remote team and writing is our primary means of communication.
  • You’re experienced in defining and analysing large to small, complex datasets, finding actionable business solutions to loosely defined problems.
  • You’re innovative, able to ideate and autonomously drive forward your own exploratory ideas for analysis and research, from discovery to impact generation.
  • You’re excited by helping your team and stakeholders develop their KPIs and self-serve dashboards. We believe in empowering our stakeholders to build their own dashboards and own their own first-order analysis.
  • You care about the details and understand that without high-quality instrumentation, we suffer from Garbage In, Garbage Out.
  • You’ve mastered or experienced with at least one data visualization tool.
  • You enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing. You appreciate our team’s values of eagerness to collaborate with teammates with any level of statistical knowledge, iterating over your deliverables, and being curious.
  • You understand that perfect is the enemy of good. You will default to action by initially shipping solutions that simply work and work simply while iterating as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in requirements, data gathering and documentation
  • Experience in stakeholder analysis, process modeling, workflow documentation, and requirements engineering
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to reconcile initiatives with business strategy and goals, and competence with common analysis techniques
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel and business information to technical personnel; strong advocate for effective solutions
  • Track record of being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to define resource needs and establish priorities
  • Ability and intellectual curiosity to learn and support new systems and applications
