ForwardPMX is hiring for a (Remote) Manager of Paid Digital Media for our nonprofit division. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media and Audience Growth, this position will be focused on managing day-to-day paid digital media (social, display, SEM) and growth platform initiatives to acquire and retain constituents for our nonprofit clients. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing, executing and managing successful paid media (PPC, CPA, CPL) campaigns that have met and exceeded campaign goals and business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for end to end management from creation, set-up and launch, optimizations to reporting and insights.

They are expected to work closely with the clients and colleagues on a day to day basis in providing paid digital media expertise and recommendations. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills as they will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. They must be strategic but also hands-on, diplomatic yet inspirational, and poised under pressure.

  • As part of an integrated media strategy and services team, provide strategic counsel to clients, understand their business, and serve as their go-to thought leader on paid digital media and list growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement Social Media, SEM, PPC, lead generation campaigns, strategies and initiatives
  • Create and manage campaign forecasting trends, budget planning, pacing and advanced optimization techniques
  • Analyze performance data, formulate insights and translate them to actionable next steps
  • Conduct keyword research and development
  • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports per client’s business specs
  • Identify campaign expansion and testing opportunities to increase performance
  • Ensure company processes and best practices are leveraged such as campaign launch, Q/A and ongoing management
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues related to SEM campaigns such as trafficking and tagging
  • Manage daily relationships with vendors and technology platforms
  • Adept at explaining difficult concepts using simple language and graphics
  • Maintaining expertise on search engine marketing news and trends
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email and digital marketing, implementing social media landscape changes immediately for clients

  • 3+ years of tactical and strategic experience in paid digital media; hands on expertise in SEM/PPC, Paid social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) and display advertising
  • Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
  • In depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc)
  • Working knowledge of bid/campaign management platforms such as Doubleclick, Marin, Kenshoo etc
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in direct response or nonprofit fundraising ideal
  • Agency experience a plus
  • College degree, marketing preferred
