The Difference You Will Make:
We are looking for a hands-on manager who has demonstrated success in building an analytics team with functional expertise in the trust & social analytics space. Be a trusted partner to product teams and business leaders, across marketplace teams through providing insights, recommendations, and enabling data driven decisions.The team will work with our Global Operations trust & social teams.
A Typical Day
- Owning the prioritisation & delivery of reports in the trust & social analytics space
- Own projects from start to end: building out timelines, key milestones, providing regular updates to analytics management and delivery against agreed timelines.
- Work closely with other global operations analytics functions
- Deliver, via your team, high quality interactive dashboards that meet stakeholder needs with a keen eye for data visualization
- Maintain an ecosystem of reporting pipelines in Airflow and ensure that Tableau dashboards stay up to date, collaborating with IT
- Deliver on ad-hoc analytics requests as necessary
- Drive accountability within the team and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead data investigations, uncover root causes and provide business sound solutions
- Hire, retain and grow talent across the right mix of functional areas to meet trust & social analytics needs
- Coach and mentor direct reports on both technical development and soft skills
- Adapt and grow the India team as the business evolves
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years of experiences working in the analytics space
- Deep domain expertise either in social analytics or in the trust analytics space.
- Experience working on a globally distributed team.
- 1-2 years of people management experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Expertise in defining measurements in the social & trust space.
- Experience in Proactive monitoring & root cause analysis of metrics.
- Exposure to social listening tools like sprinklr, meltwater, brandwatch etc.
- Excellent SQL skills and comfortable using Git, python.
- Passion for Data Visualization and driving user adoption of dashboards
- Hands on expertise in Tableau (or other BI tools).
- Exposure to project management concepts & practices.
- Experience in execution of complex projects and collaboration with analytics teams
- Expert communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.

- Proven ability to think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop and execute analytical programs.
