Remote Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Global Talent Leader that will elevate our recruiting efforts as we expand internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to help build out our roadmap and talent strategy as we continue to double headcount year over year. You’ll be leading a growing recruiting team of 20 and partnering directly with our Director of Recruiting Operations to shake things up and design a new way of recruiting that enables BetterUp to flourish globally.   • Set talent attraction strategy and lead sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing efforts to attract and hire a strong, diverse talent pool 
  • Develop and inspire talent acquisition organization that includes full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting operations 
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process with the recruitment team and hiring managers including training and education 
  • Create the infrastructure to support and scale BetterUp’s recruiting strategy, delivering a memorable candidate experience, top tier talent, and meet aggressive growth targets year over year 
  • Develop programs and initiatives to strengthen interviewing skills across the entire organization and build employer brand in the market
  • Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting methodologies to track progress including: time to fill, candidate to hire ratio, hiring quality, and retention metrics 
  • Proactively and innovatively network with talent to create a robust pipeline for both current and future role vacancies 
  • Knowledge and experience building global talent practices and pipelines, with in depth expertise on country specific hiring practices in LATAM and EMEA 
  • Leverage design thinking and innovation to optimize our hiring processes from end to end 
  • Build capacity model and structure to support successful hiring initiatives as we scale globally 
  • Partner closely with C-Suite to present candidate redesign experience, reporting and metrics on the success of global scaling efforts and diversity of hires
If you have some or all of the following please apply:

  • 15+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years experience at a startup to high-growth tech company - 8+ years of direct people management, including full lifecycle recruiters and recruiting operations 
  • Experience building a global recruiting infrastructure, including processes and tools 
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building  
  • Strategic thinking while also successfully able to define the outcomes and execute successful
  • Highly experienced leader working within a high performing culture of innovation
  • Experience designing employee onboarding and subject matter expert on immigration and visas related to international hiring 
  • Experience with Workday and GreenHouse strongly preferred
