The Digital Marketing Manager will work and collaborate with several AWS marketing groups, architects, and 3rd party vendors to deliver on digital assets (e.g. webinars and other digital events) to drive awareness, generate leads, and drive product adoption of the Architecture portfolio. This role will drive end-to-end promotional efforts for digital events, and is responsible for evaluating and reporting on performance. The manager will be responsible for promotional strategy, landing page/digital asset enhancement, web updates, A/B testing, and streamlining/simplifying digital workflows.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience managing and promoting B2B marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires superior time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be detail oriented and customer obsessed. The candidate will also be expected to QA and fine tune each deliverable to the highest possible standard.
5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
Experience promoting virtual events and/or other high-value assets across all digital channels as part of a holistic marketing strategy.
Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SalesForce.com, Marketo, Sprinklr, Adobe CQ, HTML, and online analytics packages.
Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal.
Demonstrated success in virtual event management, and/or project management.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and solve complex problems.
Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to managers and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
Proven digital marketing experience across email, search, and social channels.
A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – product marketing, global marketing, and sales teams.
Time management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail.
