We are Localistico, the leading local marketing and analytics platform. We are on a mission to bring inbound marketing techniques to brick & mortar brands - helping them drive more local customers to physical stores and get better analytics about online-to-offline traffic.
We currently work with brands like Vodafone, Camper, Bershka, O2 or Starbucks, helping their teams manage thousands of locations across more than 80 countries. We are also a partner of amazing companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, Foursquare or Tripadvisor.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager in London to join our team and work with our UK (and some other EMEA) clients.
As Customer Success Manager for UK you will manage a portfolio of tens of clients, with the main goal of making them successful, helping them with your local marketing expertise and in making the most of our platform.
You will have to manage the day-to-day of the client accounts, detecting their needs, suggesting improvement areas and helping them with any platform issues or suggestions. You will also facilitate renewals, upsells and giving recommendations to customers about news in local marketing and updates from our platform partners.
We’re looking for the type of person that is always learning and feeling ready to face new challenges (even the very difficult ones!).
We expect you to have:
-2 - 4 years experience working for a marketing agency or MarTech startup managing key clients’ accounts and relationships
-Excellent time management and Project management skills.
-Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing and Local Marketing, especially SEO, SEM/Advertising, Analytics and Reporting.
-Experienced with platforms such as Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Business Manager.
-Experience in analysing a client portfolio of 10+ clients, identifying risks and opportunities and prioritising initiatives for impact across client lifetime, including renewals and upsells.
-Business-level English (both written & spoken), including experience in creating and presenting Reports and Marketing strategies for key clients through video conference or in-person.
-Experience communicating and coordinating initiatives with technical and non-technical teams - such as Product, Marketing and Sales.
-Strong ownership and problem-solving skills and an ability to always be learning. We want you to become a local marketing expert.
Nice to have:
-Experience using a CRM system (such as Hubspot or Salesforce)
-Experience using issue tracking systems (such as Atlassian’s Jira)
-Experience managing other local platforms (such as Tripadvisor, Foursquare, Yelp, Bing or Apple Maps)
-Experience working as part of a remote team.
