Carestream Accounting Integration Lead (Global and US)


Remote Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Design and execute the agreed Finance integration plan for business acquired by Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Building a high quality integration work stream team with cross-functional members from Philips Group and the acquired company and the Finance Functions in Philips.
  • Leading development of Finance integration project plans to support integration project plans.
  • Leading development of a detailed communication plan addressing all stakeholders of the Finance integration work stream both within and outside the Finance Function
  • Driving and tracking key value creators (standalone and synergies) together with the business integration lead to deliver value promised in RFA (request for acquisition) commitment.
  • Monitoring and reporting on Finance integration progress and tracking Post Merger Integration Budget (PMI)
  • Identifying risks to integration goals and develops risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring that integration plan allows that current business is monitored and maintained during integration period.

You are a part of

Reports operationally to the Steering Committee, consisting of representatives of the businesses and New Venture Integration. Reports hierarchically to the Head of Finance of Acquiring Business

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s degree with at least 10 years of related experience.
  • Experience in corporate M&A
  • In-depth knowledge of Philips industry strategy is preferred
  • Experience in and (preferably) has been responsible for large & complex international negotiations and deal-making.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and financial acumen.
  • Highly organized and efficient in process management

Note: This is a short term assignment with a fixed end date.
